Happy Monday & Co. was founded by two friends who have a heart for people, hospitality, and all things coffee.Many years making pottery and even many more in the speciality coffee industry, Josiah Davie and Justin Bloom combined their prospective skills to create a space where strangers could become friends, and even enjoy a coffee or two.HMCO started as a mobile coffee cart in 2023 and got to meet so many beautiful souls along the way. If you were one of those people that came to one of our many pop-ups, thank you for believing in us and supporting the dream! Our hearts are forever marked by those sweet moments. We opened our first retail location in the Fall of 2024 in Roseville, Minnesota.
